RDMJ Apps (“RDMJ Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the SmallBiz Invoice Hub mobile application and the website at https://www.rdmjapps.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use SmallBiz Invoice Hub.

 

Information You Enter

SmallBiz Invoice Hub allows business owners to enter and manage information needed for invoicing and business administration. This may include business names, logos, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, payment links, client names, client contact information, invoice details, service descriptions, payment records, and notes.

You choose what information to enter. Please do not enter information you do not have the right to use.

 

How Your Information Is Used

The app uses the information you enter to provide its core features, including creating invoices, generating PDF files, tracking invoice and payment status, organizing records by business and year, preparing exports, and sending invoices or payment reminders by text message or email when you choose to do so.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your business or client information for advertising or behavioral tracking.

Storage Choices

SmallBiz Invoice Hub gives you a choice between local storage and private iCloud storage.

If you choose local storage, your records are stored on your iPhone. Local records are not backed up by the app and may be permanently lost if you delete the app, lose your device, or reset your device without an available device backup.

If you choose private iCloud storage, your records may sync through Apple’s private iCloud services across devices signed in to the same Apple Account. iCloud storage and syncing are subject to Apple’s terms and privacy practices.

You can delete your businesses, clients, invoices, and other app records using the app’s Delete Account and All Data option. Deleting the app may remove locally stored data. If you use iCloud storage, deletion may take time to sync across your devices.

Apple Sign In and Subscriptions

You may choose to sign in with Apple. When you do, we receive an Apple-provided user identifier and may receive the name or email address that Apple makes available to the app. Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of your personal email address.

If you purchase SmallBiz Pro, payment processing and subscription management are handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information. Apple provides information necessary to confirm whether your subscription is active.

Text Messages and Email

When you choose to send an invoice or overdue-payment reminder, the app opens Apple’s Messages or Mail composer with the recipient information and content you selected. The app does not independently send messages or emails without your action.

Your mobile carrier, email provider, Apple, and the recipient may handle those communications under their own privacy policies and terms.

Sharing of Information

We share information only as needed to provide the features you choose:

• With Apple, for Sign in with Apple, iCloud storage, App Store subscriptions, Messages, and Mail features.

• With your selected invoice recipients when you choose to send an invoice, payment reminder, or export.

• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, RDMJ Apps, or others.

We do not sell, rent, or trade business-owner, client, invoice, or payment information.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as it remains in the storage option you selected or until you delete it. You control most records directly in the app. You may also request assistance with privacy questions or deletion requests through https://www.rdmjapps.com/support.

Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information handled by the app. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your iPhone, Apple Account, and any exported invoice files.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may review, edit, export, or delete your app records through the app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the processing of personal information. Children’s Privacy

SmallBiz Invoice Hub is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes or as required by law. We will post the updated policy on this website and update the Effective Date above.
